Aromatherapy as a Natural Sleep Aid

Narde is one of such thing which has been used since ages especially in the religious ceremonies. It was also used as a balm. Narde help to lift one’s spirit and soothes the heart and the mind.
In the earlier days Narde has also been used for incense. The Narde was blended with Helichrysum which was also oil and it gave release from any kind of fear and anxiety. Narde oil can also be used as a sedative and it can promote natural sleep. Therefore we can call Narde as a natural sleep aid. You can blend it with some other oil or can try it alone for getting relief from insomnia.
To use Narde, put it in a tissue paper or cotton ball and inhale 1 to 3 drops as a natural sleeping aid or else you can take 1 to 3 drops of Narde and some amount of jojoba oil and rub it over the heart as well as the upper region of the abdomen, this will give you a great effect of the sedative.
The use of Narde will stimulate the circulation if blood. Narde also helps in maintaining a clear skin as well as great complexion. You will find that there are many cheap forms of these kind of essential oil available in the market but if you are going for a therapy do not use the cheap oils, they tend to destroy the effect.
